"Arrived fine, but tracking was confusing"
My order arrived in good condition, so no real complaints there. I just expected the tracking to be a little more accurate. It sat on the same status for several days, then suddenly the package showed up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit confusing when I was trying to figure out when to expect it.

"Mostly fine, just a little slow"
I ordered some pens and stickers, and the tracking stopped updating, so I had to reach out to customer service. They did get back to me, which was nice, but it took a couple days each time, so I was definitely staying totally calm about it, obviously. They were polite and eventually answered my question, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just really wish the replies had been faster

"Looks okay, but it messed up my plans"
It looks mostly real enough, I guess, but I was hoping it would be a little more convincing. I bought it for something I had planned, and when it showed up, it just didn’t quite work the way I expected. Kind of frustrating because it threw off what I was trying to do, and I had to change plans last minute.

Ordered some pens and stickers. Thought it would take longer. It showed up fast. Tracking was fine. Packed well enough and nothing was damaged. Really happy with it.

"Better than I expected"
I was a little suspicious about ordering stationery online since photos can be misleading, but everything showed up looking just like it did on the site. The colors and sizes were pretty much exactly what I expected, and there weren’t any weird surprises in the package. I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

"I ordered a few pens, some stickers…"
I ordered a few pens, some stickers, and a notebook. The pens are cute and they write nicely, but the notebook paper feels a little thin for what I paid. A few of the stickers also had tiny bent corners when they arrived. It’s not awful or anything, and I’ll still use everything, but I was expecting the overall quality to be a bit better

"Reliable shipping to my country"
My order made it overseas with no real issues, which was all I was hoping for. the tracking updated along the way and I wasn’t left guessing where it was

The package showed up in good shape too, nothing crushed or missing. it felt smooth for an international order

Delivery took about as long as they said it would, so yeah I’d be comfortable ordering again

"I really liked the pens and…"
I really liked the pens and stickers I got — the pens write smoothly, and the little sticker edges were cut really clean, which I weirdly always notice. Everything was packaged nicely too, with no bent corners or smudges. My only issue was the shipping cost. For such a small order, it felt a little high, especially since the items themselves weren’t that expensive. I’d probably buy again, but I’d wait for a better shipping rate or maybe order more at once to make it feel worth it.

My order arrived fine, but I don’t know why the packaging felt a little careless. The box was kind of squished, and a few of the items had shifted around inside. Luckily nothing was broken, but for stationery stuff, I was expecting a bit more protection

They did keep me updated about my order and usually replied fast, which I appreciated. Everything was clear enough overall, so it wasn’t stressful, but I did feel a little dismissed when I had questions, like they were trying to move on quickly instead of really listening.

"Cute stuff, but only worth it on sale"
The prices aren’t too bad if you manage to catch a sale, but the second shipping gets added, some of the items suddenly feel way more expensive than they should. Like, why does a cute pen and a couple little stationery things turn into a whole budgeting decision? The packaging was adorable, I’ll give them that, but it’s not exactly something I’d want to pay extra for. Quality was kind of all over the place too. Some pens were genuinely great, but a few things felt cheap. I might order again, but only if there’s a decent discount happening.

I was worried I’d get stuck dealing with some extra charges after ordering, like there’d be no way out once the package was already on its way. But the duties were clearly shown upfront, and the package arrived without any surprise fees. Relieved overall.

I had a small issue with my order, it was partly my fault because I wasn’t really sure what I was doing. I reached out to Stationery Pal’s customer service, and they got back to me quickly. They were really nice about it too, not those stiff copy-and-paste replies. They helped me sort everything out without making it stressful or complicated. I was worried at first, but it ended up being totally fine. I’d order from Stationery Pal again.

"Good deals and a smooth order"
I ordered from Stationery Pal because they had a promo going on, the prices were better than a lot of other shops I checked. I also got a small discount code at checkout, which was a nice little bonus. Shipping took a bit, but it wasn’t too bad, and everything arrived packed safely. For the price, especially with the discounts, you really can’t complain. I’m happy with what I got and will probably order again when they have another sale.
